This house is a quaint retreat in the middle of one of the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville, where luxury meets comfort. You will feel like a local in our dreamy craftsman cottage in the heart of 12th South. It`s just a few steps away from all the action. We want all our guests to feel at home, so we have made sure the beds are extra cozy, the chef`s kitchen is fully equipped, & our patio is the backyard of your dreams!
You will have the entire home to yourself.

It`s perfect for grilling and hosting.
Where you will sleep:
The downstairs Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom.
There are two bedrooms upstairs.
The first bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and a private bathroom.
Our home features two downstairs living spaces, a wet bar, a washer and dryer on both floors and an upstairs bonus room.
We hear `Pictures don`t do this place justice!` -from our guests a lot! We rlove that.
While we cannot accommodate early check-ins or check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags off after noon the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage? Let us know and we will connect you with our luggage concierge service and give you our promo code.

Perfect location for access to 12 South, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is just outstanding. High end kitchen, bedrooms, and group spaces. The outdoor "cabana" is a really nice touch. We are discerning travelers and found this property to be everything we could possibly want or need in a Nashville vacation home!

This house really is so beautiful, clean and spacious and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The only caveat is that the bed descriptions are not accurate. It says there are two queens in a room upstairs and one queen bed in the other BUT all three beds are full sized not queen. We could tell right away but also took measurements to be sure. It didn't ruin our stay but we wished we had the room we were expecting to have in the beds since several people were sharing.
