The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and fresh, modern fixtures, while the oversized windows flood the space with natural light and ranch views.
Outside, your private patio invites you to unwind in the bubbling hot tub, or gather around the fire pit with your favorite drink as the sun dips below the Hill Country hills. Please Note: You are renting a cabin on a working ranch. The owner and their family live onsite and also have 2 other cabin rentals. Due to the Hill Country location, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This is including but not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
