Stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped are the perfect words to describe this oceanfront studio that's perfect for your next vacation. Located at Harbor 171, one of the finest beachfront properties in Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone. Top-notch amenities of this building include 4 pools, a hot tub, a gym, parking, and elevators.
Upon entering this beautiful condo you are greeted with a stunning view of Banderas Bay. The ceiling-to-floor windows and open layout of this 4th-floor condo provide an ample ocean breeze and audible sounds of the waves crashing onto the sand.
The unit is complete with a comfortable king-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, high-speed internet, 2 smart TVs,.....nothing is missing in this space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils to cook and eat.
The living area features a large sectional sofa and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix (guest needs to have an account) and Youtube come preloaded for your enjoyment.
The gem of this condo is the spacious private balcony that features 2 lounge chairs to chill out during the evenings after a day at the beach.

This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrance is gated and security is on-site 24/7. Its amenities include:

Harbor 171 has the perfect location, it's 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, and only 10 minutes by bus ($0.50 USD) to downtown. Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Malecon (Vallarta's famous boardwalk) in 25 mins. Grocery stores, trendy Versalles restaurants, and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.

Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.
Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.
Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.
An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Please note that luggage drop-off is not allowed in this building.

The location was great. Pool was cold. Apparently heated, but was broken? We still got in, but it takes your breath away. The "hot" tub was a warm tub at best. You need water shoes if you plan to go in the ocean. The host was very prompt and attentive. It has security and you feel very safe. The condo itself was perfectly decorated. The palm trees do block some of the view, but this is not a complaint. The uber system in PV is ON POINT. Less than 5 to get almost anywhere. The only thing I missed having was a bar and maybe a small snack spot that serves tacos, hot dogs, or chips and dip even. I would have given anything to have a bar tinder making pina coladas or margs. The condo doesn't have a portable cooler so pack a soft one. Uber eats will deliver your groceries and I wish we had done that. There are a lot of chairs, but I think in high season it would be hard to get a spot. I fell in love with PV.

The studio was nicely decorated and clean. The suite and complex serviced all our needs for the duration of our stay. The layout and ocean view were outstanding! Communication was exceptional throughout the process…gracias Mariela!

This place was great! Great pools, beach access, one mile walk to downtown and excellent restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Will be staying here again!
