Privacy and views but also located near local restaurants and grocery stores, this Southwest treasure with its 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests and its 2 living areas is perfect for your next group gathering! Open living and dining areas flow out to the oversized covered patio and BBQ area and backyard oasis featuring a heated pool that allows for relaxing days in the Sonoran Desert. Minutes from both the University of Arizona as well as Mount Lemon and the Saguaro National Park.
The whole home, pool, and patios will be available during your stay.
The pool at this property is heated via heat pump, which draws in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun, therefore during the cooler months (mid-November through March) the pool will not be warm like it is during the warmer months of the year.
While there should be no problem heating the pool when the outside air is warm, unforeseen weather or equipment malfunction may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay. No refunds will be provided for equipment malfunction or due to weather related issues such as, but NOT limited to temperatures below 50 degrees.

We had a great stay! Easy to get to both portions of thr national park, lots to do in the area and the house provided plenty of space for our family. Everything was clean. Lots of javelinas in the area!

We enjoyed very much spending time here for my husband’s 50th and Christmas to visit family and friends. Plenty of room, clean and a very quiet area of town with good location to stores and restaurants.
