Perfect for hosting family and friends, this retreat is located in the lush Moonridge area near the Alpine Zoo and National Forest hiking trails. Enjoy being just a short drive to the slopes, convention center, lake, Village, and more.
LIVING & DINING
This spacious 1,200+ sq ft home offers a comfortable living room with a TV, dining table, and plenty of seating for everyone. The beautiful wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting space for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures.

The kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including:
- Stove with oven
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Blender

- Coffee maker
- Dishes, cookware, and utensils

This home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Primary bedroom (upstairs): queen bed, TV, and bathroom
- Second bedroom (upstairs): two twin beds, TV, and wood-burning fireplace
- Third bedroom (upstairs): double/twin bunk bed
ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Smart TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi are available throughout. Board games and card games provide additional entertainment. Relax near one of the cozy wood-burning fireplaces, and enjoy the convenience of a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Unwind in the hot tub or enjoy outdoor dining with patio furniture and a gas barbecue. The illuminated back deck features privacy curtains, and the large yard with string lights creates a perfect setting for evening gatherings.

The back patio is awesome! The whole family including the dogs had a blast staying here. The hot tub was a great place to start and end your day. Would definitely stay here again.

We decided to take our Siberian Husky to Big Bear and the place was perfect for him. The yard was fenced in. The kids loved the place as well. The covered hot tub was amazing! The linens were clean. The only thing is the roof leaked because it rained one night. Otherwise, we had a great stay although it was a little pricey.
