This beautifully decorated Miramar Beach condo features a main living area, primary bedroom suite, and guest suite--all with access to the condo’s wrap-around balcony. Enjoy the sea breezes and listen to the sound of the surf without leaving the comfort of your rental.
A wall of windows and a sliding glass door invite guests to enjoy the lovely beach views from the spacious, elegant and comfortably furnished living area. The open kitchen is stylish with a large, multi-sided granite serving table and outfitted with stainless steel appliances. A powder room is conveniently located right down the hall which leads to the primary bedroom and guest suite. Both are beautifully appointed and have their own luxurious private baths. With natural light from the balcony, the primary suite is ideal for relaxing with a book or simply enjoying views of the serene scene below.
Mediterranea’s location along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is close by to beachfront restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s, which is within walking distance. Nearby shopping, golf courses and area attractions keep guests entertained, while the Gulf-front swimming pool and a soothing hot tub provide enjoyment and fun without leaving the property. Other property amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access.
At Mediterranea 305, you will feel like you have found your own special oasis in paradise but be minutes away from everything you want to do while on vacation because Guests of Mediterranea also enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service!
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We may require a minimum length of stay during Spring Break, Summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Fantastic condo and great location. The view, pool, and workout room was perfect. The condo was clean, the host was responsive, and everything was as described.
