A beautiful "Falkenhus" apartment, freshly painted and equipped with a new king-size bed

Our "Falkenhus" vacation rental, measuring 55–70 square meters, is located on the 1st floor and sits right on the canal on the outskirts of Wiesmoor, the "City of Flowers."
Wiesmoor City, with its numerous stores and shopping options as well as a wide variety of dining options, is just a few minutes away.
There is a wide variety of recreational activities available, such as: cycling, a golf course (5 km away), mini-golf, the flower hall, an open-air theater, the Ottermeer swimming lake, shopping, canoeing, and an indoor playground.
The apartment features a spacious living/bedroom with a new, easy-to-access king-size bed (180x200) with new mattresses and a topper, as well as a sleeper sofa; a bathroom with a shower and tub; a separate toilet; and a spacious kitchen-diner with a dining table and a reading chair, all refreshed with a new color scheme. You have the option to book an additional separate bedroom with a double bed and TV for 15 per night. The additional bedroom is located on the same floor as the vacation apartment. The spacious entryway, complete with a closet and coat rack, is on the first floor. From here, the apartment on the 1st floor can be reached to the right via a private staircase.
In addition to free use of the property, there is a spacious garden area (on the right) with a private terrace featuring a beach chair, a table, and two chairs. You can store and charge your bicycles in a small stone shed/garage (which includes an electrical outlet). Two bicycles (one women’s and one men’s, without electric motors) are available for use free of charge. A covered barbecue area, equipped with a Weber gas grill, can also be used by arrangement. NEW is the sauna area with a small Finnish infusion sauna. Usage fee: €15 for the first 60 minutes; €5 for each additional half-hour.
Behind the house, to the left of the garage, you can conveniently park your vehicle. The apartment’s separate entrance and key safe are located at the front on Kanalstrasse.

We charge €45 for final cleaning, the linens package (bed linens, towels), and Wi-Fi.
