This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the 8th floor and has been fully renovated from top to bottom. The unique floorplan is open and inviting and makes the villa seem much larger than it is. The private balcony overlooks the golf course and lake with fountains…a peaceful oasis away!
What sets this condo apart is the attention to detail. Professionally decorated, the renovation included adding numerous features that will make you more comfortable and truly feel at home while on vacation. Features such as USB/Smart plugs, a wine bar, lighted mirrors in the bathrooms & high-end pots and pans in the kitchen.
Upon entering the condo, you will be welcomed by the natural light coming in from the slider out to the balcony and additional windows. The spacious living area features LVP flooring comfortable couches and chairs and a Magic Flame electric fireplace. Professionally decorated, this space is large enough for everyone to gather after a day at the beach, on the course or just exploring Myrtle Beach and its many attractions and activities.
The open floor plan includes a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel GE appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. There is also a dining table with seating for 6. A stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area and makes it easy to do a load of laundry if necessary.
The Master bedroom is located just off the living area and features a California King bed and access to the balcony. The large windows in this room give it a bright and open feeling. A private spa-like bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.
The junior suite is located on the other side of the condo and also features a private bathroom and ocean views. Here you will find (2) full-size beds. The third bedroom is down the hallway, just off the entrance, and features a Queen bed. The bathroom for this bedroom is shared with the main living area. All of the bedrooms include features such as wall-mounted TVs, reading lamps, floating nightstands, and the closest with built-in organizers.

Condo was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in at Tilgham beach and golf resort. Very nice and updated. The cleanliness could use a little help, there was egg shell under the kitchen trash can (which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned under before our arrival) and the floor wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Other than that, it was very nice and we’d definitely stay here again!
