The cottage was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults, a teen and two small children. The staff was EXCELLENT! The location was very convenient. We didn’t have as much time as we would have liked to explore the area. We had dinner delivered with no problems. The weather was cool and rainy but the pool area was heated & beautiful and the kids enjoyed it regardless. We hope to return soon! The only suggestion would be better quality bath towels. The ones provided were cheap and didn’t do the unit justice.

Our 4 bedroom Cottage was perfect for the 5 of us.Great location and free shuttle service.The pool made you feel like you were at a tropical resort.The only complaint was you could not bring your own food or drinks in the pool area.

I have stayed at this resort on two previous occasions and love it! The resort is gorgeous, pool is fantastic, employees are always helpful and the location to Sunset Walk and Target with the option to use the complimentary shuttle are an added bonus! We never left the resort area all week! The location of our cottage was perfect as well! The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the cottage; 3 of the 4 beds had not been changed and had hair and crumbs all over, the floors were not swept and there was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds & couch, the couch had multiple stains and we found 3 cockroaches during our stay which we called to complain and were told they were just palmetto bugs and that they would spray outside. That was after finding the first one and then found 2 more throughout the week. Other than that we had an amazing family trip and love the Margaritaville Resort!
