About this cabin rental
Spectacular brand new custom built cabin nestled in the Pines in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. This spacious cabin retreat is tucked away in the serene Ponderosa Pines on a large wooded lot with a spacious front deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the picturesque White Mountains. The master also walks out to the front deck. The cabin also features a back deck off of the dining area. Pet friendly so bring your 4-legged friends. The back yard completely fenced for pups. Cabin features 3 bedrooms for sleeping 7 in beds with an additional pullout sofa for 2 more and 3 full baths. Plenty of parking and the cabin has central air conditioning!!! Great location in the heart of Pinetop and close to public golf course and horseback riding! Just 25 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.
The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area with gas burning fireplace to gather around on those cold winter nights!! This recently built custom home features all brand new top end appliances with granite counter tops along with ALL brand new beds and furniture. The master features a king bed with attached master full bath en suite with gorgeous walk in shower. The master also accesses the front deck. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with full bath next to it with tub shower combo. The 3rd sleeping space is upstairs in the loft with a full/twin bunk bed and tv area. The upstairs bath off of the loft features a walk in tile shower. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10. This cozy cabin is the perfect retreat to come up and relax in the cool woods!!!

This cabin was perfect for us. It's very clean, well-stocked and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is near Woodland Lake park and convenient to restaurants. Lisa responded immediately with any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this cabin. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful 8-day stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The home was extremely clean when we arrived and clearly very well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some which made it easy to cook and relax during our stay.One of our favorite features was the fully fenced backyard. Our dog absolutely loved having the space to run around safely, and it made the trip so much more enjoyable for all of us.The beds were very comfortable, and the entire home felt cozy and welcoming. We also had a special surprise from Mother Nature, it snowed 5 out of the 8 days we were there! It made the stay feel extra magical.The location was perfect: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood so it felt peaceful and private, but still close to our favorite restaurants and everything we needed.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Cabin was spacious, tidy, welcoming and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. All amenities were provided. We had a great stay. The host was always responsive. No complaints.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay but when we arrived my husband walked the backyard to be sure there were no issues regarding letting the children out to play. He found a bag of red pills near the fireplace, a rake laying in the yard with the tines facing up and a 2 pronged grill fork laying in the corner. My assessment is that management does not make sure that prior renters have cleaned up after themselves. Alos, floors were not clean. We walked through the house with socks as we would at home. The bottom of our socks were black at the end of the day. Also, shower floors obviously were not clean as all around the edges the tiles were dirty and discolored. Cleaning staff does not do a good job. I'm sorry to have to report this as overall the property was nice and well stocked. My hope is that the owner of this property will see this and make changes to keep a lovely properrty from deteriorating. I tried to call property manager, Lisa, but she was incommunicado due to travel per her email.
