Very attentive host, clean, well stocked, lovely and comfortable home inside. Being right on the Cotee River was great.

This property was absolutely a wonderful spot. The house was extremely clean and well decorated. We all enjoyed the gorgeous bathrooms and shower. The waterfront view and location is perfect. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck listening to music. We hope to visit again.

Great stay! Especially for boaters! Great floating dock and location from the ramp and Gulf! Hope to come back next year!
