Villa La Cigale is an exclusive, south-facing villa on the French Riviera, accommodating 8–10 guests in a privileged seaside setting in La Figueirette, Théoule-sur-Mer. Surrounded by approximately 1,700 m² of Mediterranean garden, the villa enjoys beautiful panoramic views over the sea, the charming little harbour of La Figueirette and the sparkling bay beyond.
Just 50 metres from the sandy, family-friendly beach, Villa La Cigale offers the perfect setting for a relaxing seaside holiday, combining privacy, generous outdoor spaces and the authentic charm of the Côte d’Azur.
**Spacious Accommodation with Sea Views**
The villa is arranged over two levels. On the upper floor, the entrance area includes two single beds, alongside three spacious double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and beautiful sea views. This level also features three bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.
On the ground floor, a generous Provençal-style living room creates a welcoming space to relax, while the large dining room offers plenty of room for meals together. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. A fourth double bedroom with a king-size bed and a small bathroom complete this level.
**A Private Pool, Mediterranean Garden and Sunny Terraces**
Outside, the villa opens onto extensive south-facing terraces surrounding the house and swimming pool. The large private pool measures approximately 11 x 7 metres, with a depth exceeding 2.5 metres at one end, and is secured by a pool alarm.
Guests can enjoy a covered barbecue area, outdoor dining with two large tables and seating for our guests and friends from outside, and a private pétanque court – perfect for leisurely afternoons and convivial evenings under the Mediterranean sky.
The spacious garden offers room to unwind, sunbathe and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, with the sea always close by.

As one of many beautiful homes in the area , this one is superb with its view, space and convenience to the beach. The host was wonderful and available for communication. One unexpected treat was a private entry walkway right in front of the main street by the beach and Marina. The house was lovely for our elderly family members and pretty quiet too during this time. Even though we had a car , one wouldn’t be necessary. As someone who’s rented dozens of homes…Make this your number one place to stay in the Theole area if you have 5 people!

We had a lovely time at the villa. The house is beautiful, well made, and well maintained with a great view of the Mediterranean. We wished we could stay longer. The beach and numerous restaurants are nearby as well, not to mention Cannes, Nice, and other excursions. Gaia was pleasant and very responsive as well. We would definitely come back!
