This property was very nice and spacious, there is a lot of privacy and is beautiful. Walking distance to a nice plaza with restaurants, a bar, and shops. However it couldāve been a little cleaner. There was drips and smudges all over the walls and some of the dishes were dirty.

We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. Itās close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. The little yard is fenced in so it was nice to have a private area to let our dog off her leash and the neighborhood was quiet to walk her if needed. Itās a very dog friendly rental! Shermar kept in good communication with us, made sure to give directions to the cottage driveway (which is around the corner from the main house), and check-in was very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay!
