The property was very spacious, yet cozy. Very clean and new everything. Easy walk to the river and downtown. Property manager/owner was very responsive.

This is a unique building space converted into a very nice two bedroom, super spacious apartment which is nicely decorated. We enjoyed the open living and kitchen area and felt we had plenty of privacy and room to spread out. The craft ice was a nice surprise to add to our cocktails in the evening.

From the moment you walk in, you will be in AWE of this place. I go to San Angelo regularly for business- I have tried so many places in the last two years- THEN- I found the one- The place is so clean-everything is new- the living/ dining/ kitchen…. Don’t miss out.
