With two bedrooms and two full baths, it's the perfect choice for small families or a couples getaway. With an excellent location between Duck and Corolla, the Seaside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and conveniences of both towns, including shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and golf. Joggers and bikers will appreciate Corolla's multi-use path that connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.

We had a blast in OBX and couldn’t be happier with the condo. The location was extremely affordable considering we were there for the 4th of July. The location was perfect but could be a tough walk to the beach for someone with knee problems. The steps that go over the dune are quite excessive but better than not having close beach access. This location does not come with pool access which was okay for us but a pool or access to a pool would have been great.
