The flat of 50 square meters is located on the mezzanine floor, the decor has been edited by a famous Roman architect, is exclusively modern with Design objects of value or that can give Benefit on your stay as the presence of plants, you will be surprised by the details taken care of in the smallest detail.

It has been completely renovated and thought out down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer them a quality stay, which is why it also has Air Conditioning, Heating, fast and free Wi Fi, and on street parking for a fee in a conventioned Garage.
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee.
