RockyPointTom has been the best host I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very responsive and accommodating. The place we stayed was amazing. We had 11 of our friends there for Memorial Day weekend and it was a blast! It comfortably fit all of us. I can definitely say we will be booking here again.

There is a leak above the kitchen table, the dishwasher comes out entirely and the spinner inside is off. The thermostats were messed up, a leak by the washer and dryer. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not full and some broken. There was no bar soap or liquid soap in the bathrooms. One of the barstools is broken. Seat is partially off.I hope the owner will be notified soon!We had a great trip with a great view!
