One Bedroom Condo on the 12th floor of Tower 1 at The Signature at MGM Grand.

This condo hotel is attached to the MGM Grand via an enclosed walkway. It is in the closest of the three towers to the MGM Grand!!

We loved our stay at The Signature at MGM. The room was exactly what we needed. We have having multiple large bathrooms and a kitchen. We really enjoyed the location being away from the craziness but close enough to walk to the MGM and it was very easy catching cabs/Lyfts from the front. Barry was a great host. We will definitely be booking again on future stays!

Property was great. Unit was perfect. The view was the best. Only thing missing was a sponge for dishes.

I enjoyed the stay. The host was available and communicated quickly and efficiently. The rooms were clean and ready upon arrival. Easy check in and check out. The space is 10 min walk to the strip! I will definitely use this space again. It made the entire Las Vegas experience smooth.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so spacious. Everything you could need in a kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and has big pillows!! Great view from the windows. Had a lot of fun people watching from the patio. It’s a nice, quiet place to escape to in the evenings. It’s so easy to get the strip by foot or tram. We will definitely book again!!
