The Space:
The building is very peaceful, beautiful and upmarket with private lift access to the apartment. This modern space features a large open plan living and dining area, with ocean breezes throughout, two living areas to relax and un-wind (both with TV's), complete with ducted heating and cooling as well as an outdoor living space with Moffat Beach headland views. The fully equipped kitchen contains all your necessities to cook a storm and enjoy dinner whilst you soak up those amazing ocean views over dinner. Enjoy sunset drinks and the Weber BBQ with friends on the outdoor patio, or a quiet morning coffee.
Main Living Area: A smart TV, plush couches with seating for 6
Living Room 2/Rumpus: TV, DVD player, couches and seating for 6
Outdoor Living Space: Comfortable couches to relax and un-wind with a wine. A Weber BBQ to enjoy whilst watching those spectacular Moffat sunsets.
Kitchen: Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, Dishwasher and all the cooking essentials you'll need.
Master Bedroom: Features a plush Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe with ample wardrobe space and a private ensuite bathroom with shower, double vanity and toilet. Ceiling fan & a TV.
Bedroom 2: Features a plush Queen bed with ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3: Features 2 plush king singles with a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.
The main bathroom features a bath, shower and separate powder room.
Downstairs you have access to a private double garage where you can also store surfboards and bikes.

You are minutes walk to local cafe's, bars and coffeeshops. A surf break across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.
Getting Around:
There is a nearby bus service, as well as ride share services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
*This home is located in a high-end complex of only 3 apartments, both of our neighbours are local and permanent residents, please note we have zero tolerance when it comes to noise or gatherings.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It's in a nice, private, quiet building with very kind neighbours. The beach, cafes, and shops are only a short walk away. It also has a bus stop right outside, which is great when traveling with teens!
