This condo offers a large bedroom, equipped with two queen-size beds, dressed with linens and a full-size bathroom, complete with towels and complimentary toiletries. The fully stocked kitchen has a well-equipped coffee bar to kickstart your morning and provides all the amenities needed to prepare hearty meals or delightful vacation snacks with ease and pleasure. TV’s are located in the bedroom and living room, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There is also a large deck and firepit area to enjoy outside.
There is ground level access to the unit as well as a stair entrance from the guest parking area.
The large parking lot can accommodate most boat trailers.

Very clean and well equipped with anything you would need. Coffee pods with a variety of creamers was a plus! Very conveniently located to middle of Grand River.

What a great place to stay! The unit was super clean and was in an excellent location - centrally located to so many things. Communication with the owner was excellent as well. Highly recommend!!
