About this apartment rental

Great location walking distance to plenty and close 10 min drive to beach 🏝️. Wonderful quiet location for those looking to relax or work remotely for a change of scenery in warm sunny ☀️ FL. Full renovated throughout with 12ft waterfall kitchen island and updated from top to bottom.

High speed internet 1.2G for those who need to work remotely. Also have extra monitor for those who want to connect laptop to larger screen.

YouTube TV cable and NFL Sunday Ticket to get access to all NFL games from TVs.

Blackout roller shades and ceiling fans in all bedrooms

Always available for questions before and during stay even if questions on things in and around area to try out while visiting.

- 3 minute walk Broward Center for the Performing Arts 🎭
- 3 minute walk to FREE Water Trolley which is next to Broward Center / Esplanade Park.

- 10 minute drive to Beach 🏖 or take Free Water Trolley to Water Taxi which will bring you to Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood Beach area.

- 6 min to Broward Medical Center 🏥

We recognize that service animals are not pets, and that they serve a critical function for their owners. A Host is required to accept service animals (even if they don't allow pets), except in limited health and safety circumstances. Our family has allergy to dogs thus why they are not permitted on premises.

House Rules

Must sign rental agreement upon booking along with provide driver ID front / back as must be 25 years old to book and stay with us.

A $500 off-platform security hold will be scheduled at the time of booking but will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damage are reported.

Must follow all house rules including but not limited to below:

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules.

2. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested, but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in shared spaces such as back yard. Smoking violation are subject to a $250 fine plus cost to clean, deodorize, or repair for damages.

4. Commerical business work without written consent and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

5. We use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.

6. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on premises and it’s facilities. Guests must repot any property damage to customer service. Unreported will be deducted from the security deposit.

7. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, cost, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

8. We recognize that service animals are not pets, and that they serve a critical function for their owners. Our family has allergy to pets thus why they are not permitted on premises. Any animals found on the premises will be charged a $500 fine and required to leave without a refund.

9. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, please be respectful of your neighbors.

Everything about the property was as advertised and if I was in the area, I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I spent just about a week at the property. We did experience some issues during our stay (breakers overloading, the heat not working) however, the host's level of responsiveness to each and every issue we faced was truly exemplary, offering timely solutions and getting the necessary technicians to the property within a short period of time. We felt safe on the property and in the neighborhood, and were thrilled to be within ten minutes of the truly breathtaking Riverwalk area!
