About this cottage rental
The house can accommodate 8-9 people. On the ground floor there is a large dining room - living room with a fireplace (firewood included), a double room (2 beds), a washbasin with shower and a multipurpose room. On the first floor there is the main dining room with another fireplace, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge - freezer and coffee machine), four double bedrooms (2 of them with double beds), a washbasin with a bathtub and a hairdryer. two large terraces.
Not suitable for parties.
Can Toni has a large garden of more than 1000m2 with fruit trees, pool and barbecue. The house also has sun loungers.
At 1.5km is the village of Gombrèn, which has a small supermarket. And at 10km there is Campdevànol, where there is a hospital and all kinds of services.
The general rental conditions are the following:
- The house is rented throughout the year, ask if you want to book during the months of October to March.
- In addition to the prices indicated per week / weekend and season, you can rent the house with other combinations, check availability and price on the phone or contact e-mail.
- Children under 2 years old, if they have a cot, do not pay.
- To make the reservation effective, a deposit of 30% of the total will be made by bank transfer. The rest will be paid in cash at the time of entry (credit cards will not be accepted).
- The reservation will not be effective until the deposit and deposit has been paid.
- The owner keeps the right to ask for a deposit of € 200 to return the day of departure if there has been no damage or damage to the house.
- You must inform the owner of the arrival time to be able to make the delivery of keys.
- Pets are not allowed.

We had a great week staying at the house, it’s extremely well kept and would be a great place to stay in for both small and larger families. It is in a very private location and plenty room outside in the garden to allow children to run around.
We used the outside BBQ which had wood already supplied which was great.
Joan checked in on us via Whatsapp to make sure we had settled in ok and answered any questions very quickly.
Thank you for allows us to stay at your lovely house, we I look forward to staying again in a future holiday.
