About this house rental
Casa Adriana is a beautiful house inside a 14th century Villa. This villa is owned by the Migliorini family since the 18th century.
The kitchen is provided with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and there is a private garden just outside the kitchen.
The bedroom is a double room with a large bathroom. The bedroom has some of the Villa's original furnishings (like the wardrobe or the lovely "toilet" in wood and marble) mixed with modern furnitures (like the smart TV with Netflix, Amazon).
The large bathroom was in the small "theater" where the Migliorini family enjoyed hosting theater shows!
Guests will have access to the private garden where al fresco lunch, brunch or barbecue will be the highlights of the stay.
In our family summer, guests have the chance to have a walk in the olive trees fields, appreciating the colors of the nature and listening to birds songs.
Villa Migliorini is strategically located, only 9 km away from Florence. In less than an hour you can reach Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Vinci, San Gimignano and the Chianti countryside. Casa Adriana is only 1.8 km away from the train station (Signa and Lastra a Signa) that allows you to reach the center of Florence in 15 minutes without worrying about parking.
We're at disposal during your stay for any need. We would be very glad to give our suggestions for wine tours, cooking classes, reservations for Florence and to Florence: - Cinque Terre - Pisa and Lucca - Siena and San Gimignano - Chianti area - Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano - Arezzo, Anghiari and Cortona.
All charges (electricity, heating, water, gas), internet connection and final cleaning are included. Private parking is at your disposal. Beddings and towels are furnished.

If you’re looking for somewhere out of the hustle and bustle of Florence but within easy traveling distance this is a good choice. It’s a 15 minute train ride into the city. The apartment itself is very tidy and has everything you could want. Stefano and Pamela are excellent hosts and very willing and able to help out with any questions you have or arrangements you might want to make. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.
