Houghton Lake family fun with all the amenities--sleeps 9+ on prime lake frontage in updated house. The house is situated on a quiet street. Enjoy swimming, water ski and snowboard, kayak, and other water sports in crystal clear Houghton Lake and fabulous sunsets from the deck.
Summer on the lake is more convenient than ever at this inviting lakefront house, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and plenty of room for the whole family and group of friends.
Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, toaster etc. provided. TV in the family room and broadband internet Wi-Fi with enough bandwidth for streaming, etc. Bedrooms are spacious. Master Bedroom has king size bed. Second & third bedroom have Queen-size beds and fourth bedroom has 3 twin size beds for kids.
Step outside and watch the sunset from your deck or head down to your patio to enjoy a bonfire on a summer's night.
Boat and jet skis are not available to rent. You can use the dock to moore your boat.
Parking: Driveway (3 vehicles), additional street parking (first-come, first-served)

Nice location on the water. Very relaxing. Sandy bottom which was a plus.Limited parking was an issue w/ our group. We had 2 trailers that hauled our jet skis & quads. No place to park them except for Walgreens down the road

Place worked well for my group of friends taking their annual ice fishing trip. We had an issue at the beginning with a mix up with the cleaning crew, but the hosts were available, communicated well (even later in the evening as we didn’t get their til 9pm), and corrected the issue to my liking.Great location. Admittedly, we are an easy group to please (4 men that just want to sit on the ice and fish), but we were happy with our stay.

Biggest problem was communication. We arrived and the driveway was far too small to park our truck and boat trailer. Tried to contact the host via VRBO messenger and no response. Tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. We spent hours driving around town trying to find somewhere that would let us park our trailer overnight. Knocked on neighbors doors, wasted the entire evening. Heard back from the property host the following day.
