The location is the best part of this rental. Everything is as described and in working order. Very close to the beach with and walkable to beach, dining, and coffee shops. Perfect for what we came for.

Pros-staff was very friendly attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful. Location is great. The pool is heated. The full size fridge and sink are nice. Good size space for the price. Cons- the elevator was broken for part of our stay and we were on the 4th floor. We had to carry all of our luggage up 4 flights of stairs after a 12 hour drive to get there. The beds were not comfortable. Very hard, the mattresses felt old.

great stay.. floors were really dirty. if walking barefoot they were black, I did tell front desk to clean. no shower curtain and lights bulbs were out.. no-one cleaned this room before us..
