We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was very responsive and kind and even left a basket of welcome snacks which was amazing! It was well stocked with amenities. The location was wonderful with easy walking access to town as well as the trolley stops. To help others prepare for the layout:1st floor is the entrance with a bedroom with king bed and bathroom2nd floor (up first set of stairs) is the main floor with a king bed and bathroom, as well as the main living area.3rd floor is up the winding staircase with a queen bed and bath.

We loved our stay here! Normally, we stay in a cabin away from downtown, and this townhome felt like we were in one! It was close enough to walk into town but just enough distance to not hear any noise late at night. Everything was exceptionally clean, we enjoyed our welcome basket of snacks, and we finally got to see a bear, twice!

The rooms were clean, loved the cabin feel of the resort. The host were excellent any and all communication were solved. Great Mountain View, we even had a black bear encounter at the complex. The kitchen was well stocked and my granddaughter loved the snack basket. Great vacay stay.

This condo was spotless and so comfortable! Lots of little extras....snacks, toiletries, coffee, spices -- a wonderful way to add a personal touch. We love this location, which gives the ability to walk anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg. We will 100% rent from this owner again!
