Welcome to our 190-square-meter beach penthouse, featuring 2 rooftop bars, 2 outdoor kitchens, an outdoor surfboard shower, sleeping 12 with 2 cribs, located 10 meters from the beach and 30 meters from the sea. This loft boasts the most spectacular 180-degree ocean view on Sal. With a little luck, you can spot whales playing in the ocean, and on clear days, you can see the beaches of the neighboring island of Boa Vista. From the spacious and bright balcony, overgrown with beautiful bougainvillea, you’ll enjoy your privacy while watching the windsurfers and kitesurfers, with the lively center of Santa Maria just around the corner. We have two internet connections: Starlink Wi-Fi and a backup fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

Enjoyed it really much - nice reliable contract around stay - pick up organized - great infos on area and places around. Perfectly located closed to beach, diving school and town center. Magnificent view on beach and ocean.
