About this villa rental
Welcome to our villa and welcome to Maenam, one of the most popular areas on Samui with its fabulous mix of ex pats and tourists alike.
Walk to one of the prettiest beaches in Samui with a stunning view of Ko Phagnan !
Our villa is one of the few privately owned villas on the ''Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villas' resort in Maenam.
We have the largest type available at 320 sqm and consists of 2 separate villas surrounding a private infinity style pool and thai style sala with pond.. The main building accommodates a large lounge/dining room with 40' Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen/utility and cloakroom.
The second villa houses all the bedrooms and has 2 large downstairs bedrooms with super kingsize beds, smart TVs and en suite shower rooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom (with 42" TV ) with shower and jacuzzi and a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and bar area and fridge.
There is an external staircase between the 2 floors which gives the feeling of two separate apartments, perfect for 2 families travelling together.
The Kirikayan resort boasts one of the largest resort pools in Samui with children's shallow area overlooking the coconut plantations. There is also 24hr security seated directly outside the villa for your peace of mind.
There are several small local restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk of the villa. Many guests choose take away services from local restaurants and have them delivered to the villa. Food Panda and Grab can deliver to the villa via an app.
Fisherman's village with it's vast selection of bars and restaurants on the beach front is a short drive away and is extremely popular with tourists and expats alike. it currently operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings due to its popularity and the rising numbers of tourists on the island.

ALL RATES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR ELECTRICITY OR WATER
Our maid will clean once a week during your stay changing all sheets and towels.
The pool is cleaned twice a week.

Don’t hesitate, just book. Great communication with Monique before and during our stay, who gave us great information. The Villa was spectacular . Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Good air con kept our apartment lovely and cold and bearable during high temperatures. Our vacation was 14 days, but could have stayed a lot longer. We loved sitting out at night for pre drinks before our nights out.
Everything is just a short walk away. There are two local restaurants within 5 minutes walk away serving European and Thai food. The families that owned these, made us feel very welcome and even catered for my husband who’s vegetarian. Supermarket at the bottom of the road and if you cross the road and follow signs for Nana Beach, you will find the most beautiful bar restaurant on the best stretch of white sands and blue sea. Lots of little bars and local massages to the right side on the beach. Please don’t be frightened to use them. Locals are all lovely. It’s probably my best massage I’ve had.
Maenam is full of local people and you will encounter local life and couture. Use Mr Alex as your taxi driver who Monique highly recommended. He will take you into Fisherman’s village and Cheweng for a small fee in his luxury cab.
All in all a great holiday and will recommend the beautiful villa, which is Thai Luxury in a very quite part of Maenam with everything on your doorstep.

The villa was spacious and offered us all we needed for 2 families. The pool was fantastic and the rooms were very generous in size. The location is set back from the main area of maenam all within walking distance or scooter ride. Which we hired and they were great fun. The villa owner was super response to a few minor points we raised through our stay. Overall excellent holiday.

A beautiful villa just far enough away from the main beach road for race and quiet. The villa was ideal for two families of 4, with a lovely separate kitchen and lounge building. Private pool was lovely as was hotels larger pool. Staff were wonderful, particularly the security lady just outside the villa. Would recommend renting a car for a couple of days to see the whole island, but loads of restaurants and a great beach within 10 mins stroll.
