IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
The Lookout is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Lookout the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We had a lovely stay, with three generations of family making memories together. The home is beautiful, has a well-equipped kitchen, and is right across the street from the pool/exercise room, and a short walk to the beach. We chose not to rent a golf cart since all of us wouldn't fit, and instead took beach chairs, etc. to the beach by wagon. That worked out great for us. It was a wonderful stay!

We had 9 people in our group for the week. Plenty of room and great accommodations. The location was perfect as it was next to the pool, workout facility and a minute from the beach. The Southside is still under some construction, but did not bother us. It was definitely less crowded than the North property. Once completed, it will be great to have all the amenities on North property. We had a great time other than some torrential downpours.

Great experience overall; the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. The decor was tasteful and we loved the pop of wallpapers throughout the home. Great spot for a couple of families with kiddos. The main master suite seemed to be a bit warmer than the other rooms but the ceiling fan helped with that alot! Overall a great stay and lovely home. Loved that it had so much parking as well!
