Welcome to luxury! 19 Belted Kingfisher is a five bedroom, six and a half bathroom home that will absolutely take your breath away. With over 5,500 square feet - this highly appointed home can easily host a group of up to thirteen guests.
This home is 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines & the beach path is just next to the home. The outdoor entertaining area and pool deck is one of the best around - your own personal oasis! There is a built-in gas grill plus a large flat screen TV. A conversation area with oversized comfy chairs PLUS a porch swing. The pool and spa are able to be heated with advance notice - see notes below.
1st Floor:
This home was professionally designed and decorated. The gourmet kitchen offers a large kitchen island with marble countertops, double ovens, two dishwashers, six burner gas stove, a standalone ice maker and wine fridge. The living room has a large, flat screen TV. There is a powder room situated just off the pool deck & front foyer.
This home is outfitted with wireless internet and features a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The first of two master suites has a king bed, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The private master bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and his-and-her sinks.
Mid-Level:
Bedroom two has three twin beds and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower.
2nd Floor:
There is a second living area located upstairs. It has a large flat screen TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an extended bar top with a mini-fridge and sink. This living room has access to a porch with seating and a table.
The second master has a king bed with access to the porch. There is a sitting area in the bedroom as well as a flat screen TV & walk-in closet. The incredibly spacious private master bath has his-and-her sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The last two bedrooms are on this top floor. One has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The other has two queen beds with a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower.

• Pool Info: The pool is 42 feet at the longest and 12 feet at the widest, it does dip down in some areas. The pool and spa at this home operate off both an electric heater or a propane heater. If you opt for electric heat – it is complimentary and will work as long as the outside temperatures don’t fall below 55 degrees during your stay. Typically this means you can heat the pool and spa with the electric heater from March through May and again September through October. If you opt for propane heat – it will work no matter the outdoor temperature, however there is an additional fee for propane heat on the pool and spa. For either scenario, please reach out to our office to confirm heat of the pool and/or spa at least two weeks prior to your arrival. The pool is not able to be heated in the summer months.

This home was perfect for our family. We have rented various home for the past 5+ years and this was our favorite by far. Everyone had their space, yet the kitchen, family room and covered patio were perfect for fun family times. We will definitely rent this home again.

Fantastic beach house for our group of four families with kids of all ages! Spacious, spotless, and exactly as described - steps from the beach, with a great pool and outdoor space. Management was friendly, professional and provided great communication. Tip for future guests: to lock the ”hurricane” doors, lift the handle up first and then turn the lock. It’s easy once you know, but it wasn’t obvious to us at first.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

There were a few maintenance items that needed attention. Doors to bedrooms upstairs could not lock, light fixture broken and hanging on wall in bedroom, master bathroom toilet area vent looks like it might have caught on fire at one time, master shower door hard to open all the way, when master shower in use no hot water was available to the other rooms so we all had to take showers at separate times. Area rugs could use a cleaning. A lot of roaches outside around pool area. Mosquito's were INSIDE the house the entire week. There were two separate occasions were people came to the door. One was a maintenance man and the other was a women taking pictures of the house outside. I don't think that should be taking place when our family is trying to have a week on vacation. The maintenance man said he was told there were light bulbs that needed to be changed. We did not call anything in to maintenance. I have teenage girls and they would have been scared if their parents weren't in the house at the time these people came to the door. We also had the pool company come by and the lawn care company. Of course these things need to be taken care of weekly however I think a form on the counter of some kind letting us know the schedule at least of what day they would be at the house would give us a heads up of when all these different people would be at the house. Over all, we love this house, its decor is beautiful, very well stocked and organized in the kitchen.
