Originally constructed in 1905, the building has been meticulously modernized into a sleek NYC loft style, blending antique charm with contemporary flair. The property retains its original hardwood flooring, intricate moldings, and large windows, adding to its character and allure. It's an ideal retreat for gatherings with friends or family.
Upon entry, you're welcomed into a expansive living room adorned with a mix of a double sofa and two individual ones. A substantial dining table comfortably seats up to six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. Another sizable sofa in a separate area of the living room offers a cozy spot to enjoy your favorite TV programs on the set provided.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for culinary indulgence, stocked with everything needed to prepare and savor Argentine cuisine.
This apartment features two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds for utmost comfort and relaxation.

This apartment is well located to markets, currency exchanges, restaurants, high end shopping, everything yo could possibly need for a Buenos Aries trip.
Spacious, comfortable beds, updated closets. I can't say enough about this place. It made our stay so much better having a clean and safe location to come back to every day.
Highly recommend this listing, especially with the 2 king beds and 3 bathrooms.

This apartment is in a great part of town on a street with just about every store you'll need. The apartment is clean and while not the newest, it's very nice. Great water pressure and endless hot water. The property management company is SUPER responsive and helpful with any questions you have. We had a great time and would stay here again.

I stayed at Purple Rain for the month of February 2022. Oasis management was super responsive with any concerns I had. The place was spotless and large. The location is excellent. While I sleep with earplugs as a habit, I was surprised at the lack of noise considering it is on the corner of a major avenue in Libertador. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had great pressure. Overall, I was very pleased.
