About this apartment rental
Unwind and leave your worries behind in this spacious and serene setting. Located in the Huayacan neighborhood, the quietest area of Cancun.
Accommodation:
The space is small and sparsely furnished, but it’s quite cool and comfortable; the mattresses are new, and the entire apartment is brand new. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day of enjoying Cancun.
If you’re traveling for work, it’s also ideal for you.
The area is 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the beach (by car). If you don’t plan to rent a car, you’ll need to take two buses to get anywhere. All of us Cancun locals love the Huayacan area because it’s very safe; the bike path lets you enjoy it, walk along it, go for a stroll, and try out the local restaurants.
You can take a bus to downtown (10 min) and two buses to get to the beach (one that takes you to downtown and another to the hotel zone)

The apartment has a solar water heater, so the water is usually warm.
