This 3-bedroom one level home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greenwood Forest, just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, and Sea Pines Center. Guests also enjoy access to the Greenwood Forest pool, playground, tennis, and basketball. A neighborhood path shortens the walk or bike ride to Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town.
Sea Pines offers endless activities: miles of white sandy beaches, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike trails, and boating. Take a sunset or dolphin cruise from Harbour Town or South Beach, and don’t miss the Sea Pines Beach Club with oceanfront bar and restaurants. Visit the petting zoo at Lawton Stables and take a horse ride through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Bring your furry family members – pets are welcome here! We allow up to 2 pets, under 50 lbs, the pet fee is $175/stay. There is an outdoor shower for added convenience in washing off your fur baby after a trip to the beach.
The home is stocked with family conveniences: high chair, pack n’ play, beach toys, games, and puzzles. The kitchen is provisioned so your group can cook a holiday dinner or bake a birthday cake – just let us know if you’re missing anything special.
You may also want to take the alligator tour from the Sea Pines Forest Preserve or visit the petting zoo at Lawton Stables. Lawton Stables also has horse back trail rides available or just take an apple or some carrots to share with our four legged neighbors. You can take a dolphin cruise, sunset cruise or dinner cruise from either Harbour Town or the Salty Dog. Go shrimping on the Tammy Jane out of Harbour Town, a great way to learn more about the local environment and local waters. There are fishing charters available at Harbour Town.
You can find live music at multiple venues in Sea Pines. There is often live music in Harbour Town, the Salty Dog and the Sea Pines Beach Club.
Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is limited from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend to before 8:30am to after 5:00pm. Visitors may use the shuttle or walk to the beach.
We decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving including a lit Christmas tree. The decorations stay up until after New Years weekend. It's a perfect place to enjoy a holiday getaway.

Just spent 2 weeks at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was good for us as we enjoyed bike riding each day. Booking and check-in was smooth as was communication with Tom before and after. Cleanliness was 4 not 5 stars because we would have done more to clean if we had supplies. We suggested the rugs be removed because the solid surface floors are very attractive and upkeep easy for pet owners. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves. We cooked in several nights and found the kitchen well-equipped and enjoyed grilling.

This is a very clean & comfortable house on a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen is well-equipped and all appliances & tvs worked as they should. We enjoyed our week there and would definitely go back.

This house was very large and comfortable for our needs. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home. One of the bedrooms is a primary with its own bath. There’s a screen porch on the back of the house and the backyard is very private. We rented bikes and it’s a very convenient spot to get to both the beach club and Harbourtown. The neighborhood has its own pool and tennis courts which is very nice. We also enjoyed the very comfortable sectional sofa in the living room. Thanks so much! We hope to visit again!

Home was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the washer and the host responded promptly. The issue was resolved for a day before failing again however I didn't contact the host as I didn't want to spend more time resolving it again. The one drawback to this property was the lack of attention spent on the back of the property and the outdoor shower. It looked to be unfinished and neglected. Also, the back patio was unkempt and uninviting with haphazardly placed chairs and mildewed beach equipment. There weren't remotes for half of the tvs. The property was very close to Harbor Town and was quiet and peaceful.
