Awesome spacious beach house. Beach block, front porch, back porch, off street parking. Open floor plan- great for families. Extra family room for kids gaming & movies. Grill outback & yard for games. Fenced in yard, safe for children. Outdoor shower. 2nd floor deck off master bedroom. Beach cart, umbrella, chairs, toys, boogie boards. Walk less then 1 block to Rita's ice cream, Andres Italian Restaurant, Crab shack, Yannis, library, shops, church & never start your car. Beach bar & restaurant 1 block away. 7 minutes to casinos & night life and shopping outlets. Atlantic City new waterpark.

Our stay here was great! The location is perfect - half a block to the Main Street with lots of food options, liquor store, etc. and beach access at the other end of the street. It was super quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning and appliances were all great. The backyard is so lovely and we enjoyed all the different outdoor spaces to hang out. The beach wagon was also really helpful. Communication with John was always very fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great week at the house! Couldn’t have asked for a better location - great proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. We had an issue with the air conditioning (our fault, we hit a switch by accident) and John was super communicative and walked us through how to resolve the issue almost immediately when I got in touch with him. All in all, highly recommend if you are looking for a solid house in a fantastic location.

The house was a perfect location. The house was clean, organized and perfect for our family. John was very responsive, we enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!
