We plan a summer vacation in St. Augusti e every year for a week. This was our first year staying in this condo and it was our favorite one yet! The location was perfect, the condo was updated and most importantly- CLEAN! We would love the opportunity to stay here again during future trips!

The property is in a perfect location - right on the ocean, next to the pool, and close to shops and restaurants. It was a short 15 minute drive to St. Augustine.
The unit was very clean, and seems to have been modernized, with lovely tiling in the bathrooms, and an up-to-date kitchen. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, but did not have a blender (we usually have smoothies for breakfast, but we adapted). We are also tea drinkers and there was no kettle, so we boiled water in pots. That in no way impacted our stay. There is a garage! A rarity in rentals, and there were plenty of beach chairs.
If we come back to St. Augustine, we would stay again.

We had a delightful time at Unit 18. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beds and bedding very comfortable. The king sized bed and two queen beds were perfect for our family.
Location was wonderful, half way between beach and pool. Also near to great restaurants. All in all a great vacation!
