The Spaces
The Main Home
A beautifully appointed 2,500 sq ft home with two full kitchens, two living rooms, a home gym, and four bedrooms — plenty of room for a large group to relax, cook together, and make memories:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed + full bunk beds (the kids will call dibs immediately)
Bedroom 4: Private suite with 2 queen beds and its own attached full bathroom - ideal for grandparents, in-laws, or guests who want their own space
Large open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, outdoor patio with plenty of seating to relax, and a separate area of the house for the bedrooms so late-sleepers can rest.

Walk out the door and your feet are in the sand. This private, self-contained retreat sits directly on Big Glen Lake and is included with every booking:

Your Private Waterfront
Your own sandy beach and fire pit are waiting. End every evening around the fire under the stars. A 6-passenger Polaris Ranger is included for easy access to the beach and a quick cruise into town. Ask Tom about renting the 24-foot pontoon boat (seats all 14!) - this is perfect for tubing, fishing, and catching the sunset over the Sleeping Bear Dunes.
The Kitchens
All kitchens are fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, and glassware. The outdoor BBQ and Traeger grill make cooking for the whole crew half the fun.
The Location
You're walking (or a quick driving) distance to the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Glen Arbor, and just minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Crystal River paddling, and the Leelanau Peninsula wine trails.

Before we even set foot out the door of our own home, Tom, the owner, reached out personally with directions and a welcome that made it feel like we’ve known each other for years. Our arrival? Greeted with wine for relaxation, and later in the week a gourmet quiche in the morning, which was outstanding! Tom isn't just any host; he feels like the friend you’ve had for life, instantly turning moments into memories. The pristine deck became our morning coffee sanctuary, overlooking the serene lake, while the kitchen had updated appliances that made cooking a breeze. But it didn't stop there. Tom's generosity shone brighter when he took us out on his boat, giving our kids the time of their lives with tubing adventures, and even securing us a spot at a hidden gem of a restaurant. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a week filled with moments we’ll treasure forever. 💫

A wonderful place for family to gather. We had never been to Glen Arbor, but when our son and his bride decided to get married there, we looked for a home to stay with our other children and their small children. This was perfect! A lovely location, a fun little beach, and a wonderful host who helped us make the most of our time there. Thank you, Tom, for everything you did for us!!

Loved everything about the house and the property. Owner was super helpful. Easy access to the lake. Amazing spaces to sit back and enjoy the relaxed "Up North" experience.
