Unit 408 has incredible views and is a true 1bedroom condo with extra space to spread out! Explore Myrtle Beach from this amazing, gorgeous oceanfront condo. The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

The location was great! The beach & pool were nice. We were unaware of all the road closures due to a parade and two weeks of bike week.Had plenty of bedding & towels, kitchenware. Furniture was very cheap along with the decor. Needed more coffee & bathroom garage bags along with a new can.We were pleasantly surprised to see beach chairs and umbrella, but didn’t end up using them as we had taken ours to the beach before seeing them.We would consider staying there again
