About this house rental
#13 Esmeralda
Very beautiful, gypsy themed tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to Dolly Wood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. This caravan tiny home has a queen been and two twin beds. It has a large soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vide that we know you will love.
We have the unit grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each others company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.
NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

We loved getting to stay at LSTH. It was perfect for the two of us girlfriends as a weekend getaway. It was close to the amenities that we wanted to go to and not a hotel! We would recommend staying here and look forward to booking the tiny house again.
