Come stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped condo to enjoy your vacation! Backing onto the Radium golf course, you are just steps away from the best golf course in Radium. The living room features a smart TV, so you can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish. Lots of seating options with cozy chairs and a big, comfortable couch that also turns into a bed.

This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- BBQ tongs
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker (Drip)
- Kettle
- Crockpot/slow cooker
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

- Coffee, tea, and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

BATHROOM
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

BALCONY
Lots of outdoor furniture with an umbrella so you can sit outside and socialize with friends and family while the birds chirp away in the background. The propane grill will work great all year.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
PARKING
You will have access to any of the free parking in front of the units. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax, look no further!
You will need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks, then simply walk out the front door, and you will fall in love with the area.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Amazing location nestled within the forest. Very tranquil and loved the bedroom opening out onto the forest area, felt like you were in the trees.

Good, as advertised. Would stay here again.One bathroom can be challenge. Only issue was the AC unit is a plug-in. Not sure why, but it would only turn on for 1-3 seconds and turn off. We gave up on it.

My husband, toddler and I were visiting from Edmonton to see my dad after a major heart surgery. We basically only stayed here to sleep as my house was full of visitors. There were pros and cons to this space.
Pros:
- location (close to Invermere where my parents live)
- rooms were closed off to main living area which made it easy to put our toddler to sleep
- it was a quiet and calm location
- very spacious
Cons:
- it was not clean, we found many dead and alive flies in the condo, pet kibble, pet stains on the bed and couches, and several cigarette butts
- first night we arrived late and instead of getting my toddler ready to sleep I had to clean the bedroom well as I did not want him sleeping in that condition
- contacted the host who mentioned a cleaner could freshen up the place the next day but I had already cleaned plus we were out most days and only slept there during the night
Overall, I'm thankful I found a place so I could see my dad but I would not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness at this location.
