This room is accessible on the first floor, but you won't miss out on the Gulf with a private patio just across the lawn from the rolling dunes. Beautiful artwork brings the beach feeling inside. The shining kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances has all the utensils and dishes you need to enjoy your stay. Leave your worries at home. Outside the kitchen, a round table seats two for an intimate meal or game of cards. There are two queen-sized beds with calming teal bedding. You can see the dunes or the wall-mounted TV from both. A love seat, coffee table, and two chairs with an end table give you room to spread out. Rearrange the light wicker and wood furniture to suit your needs. The cute full bathroom includes a tub for soaking after a day at the beach. A wood-paneled wall and round mirror keep the nautical feel. We loved this condo, it was perfect for our little family. The location was amazing, right on the beach! Great communication during the entire stay. Place was very clean and had everything we need! Would for sure recommend and would stay here again!

We absolutely love staying at the Island Retreat condos. This is the third time we have stayed at Island Retreat. Every time we pick a different condo and we are always happy with our stay! This condo was so cute and clean and had a very nicely remodeled kitchen! Staying right on the beach is the best decision with the boardwalk right outside the patio door. The Island Retreat is always full but you never even hear your neighbors. Great place to stay!!!!

It was close to beach but on lower level so no view. Okay size for my daughter and I but wouldn’t rent for 4 as advertised. Minimal parking. Linens weren’t changed from last guest which is unacceptable. They were accommodating and changed them as soon as possible but still not good. Oven didn’t work which ruined our dinner plans the last night. Locations and folks we had contact with were great but won’t book this property again.
