Villa Marc is a traditional Mallorcan villa located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, in a quiet and private setting, but at the same time close to the main beaches and services. Its location is perfect for those seeking the peace of the countryside without being too far from the island's most prominent tourist and natural areas. In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Das Konzept des Hauses ist perfekt für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Toll eingebettet in 12‘000 m2 Land, ruhig, ländlich und doch ist man in 5 Min. mit dem Auto am Meer. Toller Pool und super Grillstelle mit Pizzaofen.
Die Ausstattung ist ok, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Man hat etwas den Eindruck, dass schon länger nichts mehr investiert wurde. Eine dezente Modernisierung würde dem Haus sehr gut tun.
