About this villa rental
Set in the enchanting, unspoilt area of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays kissed by turquoise water, Villa Jaima is a welcoming holiday home with 3 bedrooms, fully renovated interiors and extensive outdoor areas with private swimming pool and gardens. With high quality finishing and perfect location, this villa is set to impress!
The villa is accessed through a pedestrian gate from the street, which leads to the covered porch and front door.
The lounge is located up from the entrance hall with comfortable sofas, a small dining table with chairs. Patio doors keep the space filled with natural light and open on the covered terraces and pool area. The Kitchen is fully equipped where you will be able to enjoy your meals.
The bedrooms are: 1 double bedroom with its own private balcony wich overlooks the front of the villa and 2 twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and share aaccess to 2 separate bathrooms with double wash basins. There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor.
Outside, the villa offers pleasant gardens and extensive terraces, perfect for al-fresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The welcoming private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip under the Mallorcan sun and, on request at the time of the reservation, it can be gated for the safety of the children.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

The villa was not as portrait in the listing and on pictures. We had several complaints that we presented to the company, Sealand Villa, upon arrival. Sealand villa was very helpful and sorted out some of the issues, but overall the villa was not in good shape. Smoke detectors lying with battery’s taken out, others not installed properly. No on-property parking, as listed. (a boat was parked here).Electrical issues.Rusty and worn outdoor furniture. Indoor mold due to damaged windows.Water damaged back door with hole in it. indoor furniture worn and broken.cracked kitchen counter.Broken ping pong table.We came to an understanding with the company and had a price reduction, after they helpfully offered us another villa that was in an other location. This would be an amazing property if it was fixed up. The location and proximity to beach and small center was perfect. All in all, the pictures on vrbo did not reflect the property in real life, but we are very satisfied with the communication with sealand villas.
