About this villa rental
The villa is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley and is within close proximity to wineries, restaurants, concert venues and the golf course.
It features two king size bedrooms both with connecting ensuites and jacuzzi spa baths, an open kitchen, living and dining area, as well as an outdoor patio area with table and seating with incredible views of the lake and vineyards.
The villa is walking distance from some of the Hunter's most renowned wineries, concert venues and restaurants in the Hunter and is surrounded by picturesque views of the vineyards and classic Australian landscape.
Some venues within walking distance include:
- Hunter Valley Gardens
- Roche Estate
- Hope Estate.
You have access to the entire villa. Inside is an open kitchen, living and dining area. In the kitchen you will have use of a stove-top, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and tea & coffee making facilities. In the living area their is a dining table, sofa and TV.
Both bedrooms have king size beds and both have connecting ensuites with toilet, shower and best of all the jacuzzi spa baths.
The sofa in the living room functions as sofa bed which can sleep a 5th guest if needed.
Outside you have access to an outdoor patio and with table and seating and a perfect view of the lake and vineyards.
Guests have private access to the villa.
Guests can also access the communal resort facilities like the pool, tennis courts and BBQs.
Unfortunately, I will not be there to greet guests upon arrival. There is a lockbox located on the outside wall of the property for guests to let themselves in once they arrive.

The Code of Conduct sets obligations for guests, including:
- Not making noise that would unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours.
- Respecting the accommodation and community, by not intentionally, recklessly or negligently damaging personal or common property.
-Guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of any visitors they invite to the listing during their stay.
- Guests are required to adhere with NSW government COVID-19 restrictions:

From the minute we arrived for the weekend , we were so glad to have chosen Yasmin’s villa at the Leisure Inn. The villa was close to the lake, so we spent 2 nights enjoying wine & cheese on the verandah & watching the beautiful sunset. The villa itself is perfect for 3 or 4 people as there is an adjoining guest suite attached. The villas were spread out over the property which added to the relaxing feel. We utilised the pool both days & were thankful as it was so hot. There are barbecues for guests to use & there was a restaurant available for breakfast & lunch although we didn’t use it. The Leisure Inn is situated a stones throw for the Hunter Valley Gardens & Harrigan’s Hotel. It’s also close to many wineries. I would highly recommend Yasmin’s villa for a relaxing getaway.

A perfect place to stay with friends and enjoy what Pokolbin has to offer. Lovely aspect looking across the lake and the surrounding hills. Quiet at night and has all the things you need for a top weekend

Property was fine and in a good location. I had accidentally left some clothing hanging up in the wardrobe and was told that the cleaners thoroughly checked the property and the items of clothing were not there. Clearly had been taken, very disappointing.
