Bedroom (1): 1 Queen bed
Bedroom (2): 2 Queen beds
Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bathroom also accessible from the main hallway
Primary Bedroom (3):
1 King bed
Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet
Direct access to the deck and hot tub

Interior staircase connects to the lower level

Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Our policy is “all four on the floor”—please keep pets off the furniture and bedding. Be sure to include pets in your reservation so the appropriate fee can be applied automatically to your stay.
*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 3% processing fee.*
*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes*
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-If Hot Tub is found dirty, there is a $100 fee that will be processed for draining and refilling.
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.

Great overall experience for our family. Location was good, not too far from main town. No issues with host or house during our stay. Too bad we didnt get to experience it in snow thanks to the warm "winter" this year. Hopefully next time!

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. We had a group of nine guests and the home was easily accommodating. The outside deck (with spa) with a nice view of the golf course was special. Downstairs game room and lounge area was used quite a bit. Owner was very responsive to a few minor needs that came up during our stay. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Kitchen set up very inadequate. 2 burner hot plate inadequate. Should repair breakers setup. Only allowed to use one appliance at a time. Playroom setup for younger generation.
