Escape to this newly-renovated luxury studio apartment, meticulously curated and designed, thinking in everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience, a place to live in the City and feel at home away from home. A few steps from the main streets of La Condesa, where you will find beautiful parks, countless restaurants, and shopping options. The Ideal place to stay for vacation time or a work trip. A private entrance and fast WiFi in a quiet street.
Beautiful and cozy design studio with a Queen size bed, full bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and everything you need to prepare coffee in the morning or a good meal with fresh products from the local markets. A little garden at the back, perfect for relaxing at the end of your day.
The apartment has a high-speed WI-FI connection, Smart TV, safe, black-outs, and washer/dryer.
We have a key box and smart lock in the apartment to ensure a simple and fast self-check-in process.

Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
Its important to not grant access to the building to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or breakdown please let us know as soon as possible.
*A security deposit may apply depending on the platform you are booking on.

*Charges for the total cost of repairing and/or replacing the parasol in case of misuse or leaving it open on windy days will apply
**Using the grill has an extra $15 cost for the cleaner

We loved the location of this place and it was so quiet! The place was comfortable although there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower is fabulous and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We would gladly come back.

A beautiful space in a very comfortable and quieter area. Small, but nice layout. Had everything we needed in a launching point to explore Mexico City.

Excellent experience! The remodel of the unit is gorgeous - quality furnishings, from the appliances, to the dining and living room sets, to the bed and linens. The kitchen has a large, bright window and the back patio was a nice treat. Our hosts were very responsive as well! Only (minor) note is that the beautiful metal windows allow some street noise to come in - only an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Location in La Condesa is super! There’s a coffee/panini shop on the corner and it’s close to restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!
