Water front covered Patio, with lounge furniture and dining table and Propane grill. Enjoy fishing, or swimming off the dock or floating in front of the quiet cove. Great condo in a great location, and the host was great at answering my questions and meeting our needs. I loved that it was fully stocked with paper towels in the kitchen, and toilet paper and even Kleenex tissues in the THREE FULL bathrooms, along with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap at every sink -- the attention to detail was really outstanding because they had supplied everything you could need.We had a family of 10 with ages from 1 to 66 and a doggie too and there was plenty of room. Even though the backyard/LakeConroe and covered back porch are the main attractions, there was plenty to do inside with the cards and games and books they have provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals if you so choose or there are plenty of places to eat out nearby, so it's the best of both worlds.

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 9. Check-in was easy. It was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. We brought our boat and were able to tie it up at the nice dock in front of the property. They also had 2 kayaks we could use which we really enjoyed. The covered patio was really awesome too. In addition, the owners were very nice and responsive any time I had a question. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again!
