About this house rental
Welcome to the beautiful Escape on Main Street! This is a sure bet for your family Telluride Vacation Home. With a spacious open-plan main floor, there is plenty of room for the family to sprawl and relax after a great day of soaking in the Colorado fresh air. Whether you are a skier, snowboarder, hiker, yogi or photographer, this lovely home will embrace you when your outdoor adventures are done for the day. The kitchen features a Viking Stove and all high end appliances. There is a warming fireplace in the living room with a cozy sectional couch and leather arm chairs. This level has a powder room. The deck on the back of the house features full views of the Telluride Ski Area, the Town side. Just down the deck stairs is a hot tub.
The lower level has two bedrooms plus a bonus sleeping area. One bedroom has a queen and the other has two twins, trundle style. There is a full bath on this level with a jetted tub. The upper level holds two more beautiful bedrooms, one with a queen and the master has a king. Take a nap on the master king or read a book on the reading bench, and before you drift off, enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains. There is a full bathroom on this level with a steam shower. The washer/dryer are on this level as well.
There is plenty of parking for three vehicles on site in the back alley. Once you stay at the Main Street Escape, you will want to come back, because, well, it will beckon to you!

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. My husband and I and 2 grown kids and 3 grandkids 1,3 & 5 throughly enjoyed this property! Hot tub and porch swing was a big hit with everyone and the room layout was great. My daughter said that the lower level bath needed a vanity with counter space but other than that no complaints! Awesome location just close enough to town!

We took off from the heat to hit the mountains and this place was just perfect for our family of five! We loved walking to everything and enjoyed all the great food!

This house was perfect for me and my siblings. It was fully stocked with kitchen equipment and had a gorgeous Viking stove which made cooking in a breeze. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. Location was a short walk to the gondola - very manageable with skis. Beds were comfy and steam shower was another added bonus! Also, Accommodations in Telluride were able to provide a pack and play rental, perfect for my nephew. Will definitely be going back!
