To ensure the long-term comfort of our guests, the Waikiki Grand Hotel will be undergoing vital plumbing improvements from mid-July through late December 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. With no work on Weekends, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Daytime noise and activity should be expected.
● Please note that our rates have already been significantly discounted for this period, and no additional discounts before, during or after will be given. If you’re planning to spend your daytime relaxing inside the hotel, we recommend checking dates outside this window to ensure you have the best experience possible.
● Since most of the activity occurs during the day, it’s the perfect excuse to spend your 8-to-5 hours exploring the beauty of Waikiki Beach, hiking Diamond Head, or enjoying local excursions!
● If your travel plans require a quiet environment during daytime hours, we completely understand and suggest considering alternative dates so you can fully enjoy your stay with us!

The newly finished bathroom with gleaming tile around the shower / tub combo was well designed and handcrafted touches added to make for a superior guest experience.
The suite benefits from high-speed fibre optic WiFi and has a wall mounted
HD TV with cable included.
The modern queen bed has a comfortable 15-inch mattress to ensure your stay is restful and rejuvenating.
The breakfast bar comfortably seats two guests for meals or drinks.
We are located just 1.5 mins from Waikiki Beach and surrounded by everything Waikiki has to offer from the parks, the shopping and of course amazing restaurants.
Our entire place is here for your sole enjoyment.

We loved how close this place was to the beach and that there was a burger joint on the first floor and iconic bar on the second floor with live music many days. The studio is in the back of the hotel so you can't hear the bar, but there was some nightlife in the adjacent alley. There was surfboard storage on the first floor. Besides being able to walk through the Waikiki scene at any point, it was also close enough that we could walk to the Saturday farmer's market near Diamond Head. In fact, if we had been feeling ambitious, we could have walked to Diamond from this place. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We didn’t go to the pool. I wish a better burner like two burner so when you cook, you don’t have to wait for the other one to get done. It’s kind of annoying because we like to cook our own food.

I just wish the trash on the street wasn’t picked up so early in the morning!! So much noise !

location very good. pictures not up to date. big gap under door, small animals and insects could come in. the gap has been there since 2023 still not addressed. flicking track lights, very annoying. slow responding to issues.
