Sandpipers is a generously sized, detached three-storey holiday home sleeping up to six guests. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the layout flows beautifully across multiple levels, with sociable open-plan spaces, sea-facing balconies and a fantastic lower-ground-floor games room opening directly onto the beach. This is a house made for making memories – from evenings by the fire to long summer days spent barefoot on the sand.

Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.
Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

Wonderful peaceful location with fantastic sea view. Lovely scenic walk into Ventnor (15 min approx). Nearby donkey sanctuary well worth a visit, as well as the National Trust walk above Ventnor - the views were amazing 360 degrees. Looking forward to a return visit.

Lovely location set in a small cove. Access to the property will be challenging for those who aren't fit as you have to navigate a very steep climb down (and then back up) with luggage.
The property is nicely furnished and clean. Henry who looks after the property is great and really helpful. The bread, drinks, cake etc on arrival was a really nice touch.
Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the experience didn't live up to the 5* star price that we were charged. The beds are really not comfortable - this feels like a critical aspect to get right in luxury accommodation. The bathrooms are ok, but not really up to date.
We would definitely stay at Sandpipers again, but only if it was at a much more reasonable price. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a luxury 5* hotel with breakfast and drinks. It is not good value for money. Hope that's helpful.
