About this house rental
Slow it down at this beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with spectacular ocean views! Located in quiet North Topsail Beach, the easy community beach access is steps away along with easy access to the community pier and gazebo.
This townhome has been beautifully decorated to harness the light, bright and airy feel while taking advange of the 180 degree views from the top floor. The open concept of the main living area features a view of the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Atlantic ocean. The view is punctuated by a large skylight overhead, making you feel as if you are floating over Topsail Island. From dawn until dusk, the sunlight plays magical effects in this this greatroom. From the light morning sunrise to the silky oranges and reds of the sunset, the ambiance evolves as the sun moves across the sky. The dining area frames a long range view, south, along the shore of North Topsail Beach and one of the few remaining undeveloped expances of oceanfront on the island. The modern kitchen is equipped with all of the basics and yet another sundeck with sound views from which to marvel at the sight of a coastal sunset.

You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead’s Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants, fresh seafood markets and shops. You are also just minutes away from a Golf Digest four-star championship course, North Shore Country Club. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Nice end-of-row townhouse with a Southern view that isn't obstructed by houses!Generally everything was exactly as expected once we had all the details from the managing realty company. Kind of weird that I had to bring my own paper towels, but whatever. The view and location are great. The bed was comfy. I loved being able to open the sliding door in my bedroom and listen to the ocean at night! A few wishes: that there were some normal or lounging chairs. All of them are captains chairs. Also that there was an umbrella in the table on the main deck. The afternoon sun gets intense! My last comment is that the sofa is getting saggy; it is a sleeper sofa and not super comfortable to sit in for long periods of time.

Great location away from the Surf City congestion, yet close enough to easily get to the restaurants. A lovely week for total rest and relaxation!

This townhouse is very nicely updated and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the multiple balconies and walkways to the beach and sound.
